1. Data controller

2. Information in business enquiries

When you contact us, we process your full name, email address, phone or mobile number, message and any other information you provide voluntarily. Your full name, email, phone or mobile number and project description are required to submit the contact form. This information is transmitted to the server to send the enquiry to ADAX by email. We do not store form contents in a separate enquiries database.

To prevent spam and repeated messages, the server checks requests and temporarily stores timestamps and protected digests of the network address, email address and enquiry content. These security records do not contain readable messages or original contact details. They are valid for no longer than 24 hours and are removed on the next request after expiry. The form security check does not set analytics cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential engagement, prepare an offer or take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where an enquiry does not concern a potential contract, processing is based on ADAX’s legitimate interest in communicating with interested parties and maintaining business correspondence.

4. Retention periods

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are generally retained for no longer than 12 months after the end of the correspondence, unless longer retention is needed in connection with a legal claim or obligation. Information associated with offers, contracts and accounting records is kept for the periods required by applicable law.

5. Recipients

Information may be available to email, hosting and technical support providers where necessary for communication and operation of the website, and to competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

6. Map and external content

The website includes an embedded OpenStreetMap map. When the map loads, your browser connects to that service’s servers and technical information such as your IP address and browser details may be processed. That processing is governed by the service provider’s own privacy terms.

If the website owner later enables Cloudflare Turnstile, opening the contact form may load an additional bot check that processes technical information under Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. This service is not loaded unless its keys have been configured.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website may use Google Analytics 4 only after your explicit consent. Until you select “Accept analytics”, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no data is sent to that service. If you consent, information about pages visited, time and approximate location, device and browser type, and technical identifiers may be processed. Analytics is used to measure visits and improve content, with advertising features disabled. You may decline or later change your choice using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.

9. Security and message content

We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. However, please do not send special categories of personal data, passwords, identity documents or confidential project documentation through a public form or ordinary email without prior agreement.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to website functionality, business processes or applicable law. The current version will always be available on this page together with the last-updated date.
